Yet, there was a time when I silenced the whispers of my body - not only that, I didn't know HOW to be present in my body. I pushed, hustled, and disregarded the signals it was desperately sending. Until one day, an autoimmune dis-ease left me bedridden. But, my journey also serves as proof that when we provide our body, mind, and spirit with the support and healing they deserve, our innate healing abilities spring to life.
Somatic life coaching isn't simply a practice; it's a profound art that I passionately refine to serve the world. With a B.S. from Lesley University in Art Therapy and Psychology, as well as certifications as a Transformational Mastery Method Coach and Spiritual Life Coach (and soon to be ICF-certified), my expertise lies in the realm of somatics and embodying the Queen/King within.
